Culinary Arts :D

            So My major right now is Culinary Arts, I don't know if you guys are  familiar with the show Chopped, but lately my teacher has been giving us "black boxes." These black boxes contain mysterious items and in about an hour we have to prepare a plate using all of the items in the Black Box. Today we had the following ingredients in my groups Black Box; Spinach, Red Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers, Scallions, Celery, Tomatoes, Cauliflower, diced onions, garlic, Chicken Breasts with the skin on, and we had to choose between three starches. (Potatoes, Rice, or Pasta)
           What we did was dice both peppers and the tomatoes. We cut the celery in a Half Moon cut and the scallions we just did a Rondelle cut. We then tossed them in with the spinach and we made a salad.We marinated the chicken in lemon juice, freshly squeezed Orange Juice, we added a bit of garlic and onions to add a bit of flavor to the chicken. After we let it sit for a couple of minutes we grilled the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side or until it wasn't pink. We chose to use rice as our starch and we made white rice. We added a bit of chicken stock so it could add more flavor to it. At last we only had the cauliflower and scallions left to incorporate into the dish. We decided to blanch and add mozzarella cheese to the cauliflower, we decided to use the scallions as a garnish for the chicken. Something didn't feel right about the salad so we made a quick dressing and added that to the salad, which at the end helped improve the plate. New Sims Music Video!

Hey guys!
Well, Its been a while since i last made a music video for a song using my sims game. I am glad to announce that i will soon be making a video for Lay Down Beside Me by Backstreet Boys. I love this song and while i was listening to it today i imagined the whole video in my head. I need to start "filming" it ASAP before i forget. So tune in during the next couple of days and ill probably have the video posted here, sometime next week.

This has to end!

This video has been trending all over the internet since yesterday, I watched it yesterday night and it made me tear up. I was so full of anger, that if i would have had the mother in front of me at the moment I would have done what she did to the baby on her. All this cruelty toward young and innocent children has to come to an end! Its very sad seeing mother's do this to their children, I would never treat a child of mine like this woman treated her 8 month old baby. If you want to watch the video, its posted below but beware, some parts might make you get emotional. Spread this around so people can be aware out there. Help Stop this cruelty!
